What's inside every pair
Four layers, sewn in. Not a pad glued on.
From the outside it's soft, ordinary underwear. Inside, the lining runs front to back.
- 1Moisture-wicking top. Pulls wetness away from your skin so you feel dry.
- 2Absorbent core. Holds 10+ tablespoons in a thin layer.
- 3Waterproof barrier. Nothing reaches your clothes. No crinkle.
- 4Breathable outer. Cotton-soft, so it feels like your own underwear.
Under your jeans
Nobody can tell. Not even your husband.
A freedom I haven't felt in a long time. The fit is great. I'm not nervous about being away from home or sleeping all night.

A note before you decide
If you're reading this, you've probably tried something already. Pads that shift and bunch. A "leakproof" pair that turned out to be ordinary fabric with a label on it.
It was never you. Most of what you were sold was built wrong. Pads are glued on, and glue lets go. A lot of leakproof underwear is thin fabric that was never going to hold a real leak.
We built Haven the other way round: four layers, sewn in, holding 10+ tablespoons, that go in the dryer with everything else. And because you've been let down before, you get 100 days to find out for yourself. If Haven doesn't replace your pads, we refund the whole order. You keep the underwear.

Real women, real packs
47,000+ women have made the switch
I was spending about $25 a month on disposable liners. That's $300 a year. I spent $69.95 on a 7-pack of Haven and I haven't bought pads in 4 months.

I'm 58 and I've been wearing pads since my early 50s. Every single day. These feel like my regular underwear but they actually work.

Haven holds enough that I sleep through the night without worrying. I wake up dry. It changed everything about how I start my mornings.

My biggest fear was they'd look or feel like some kind of medical garment. They don't. My husband didn't even notice they were different until I told him.
Janet L. Verified buyer
Haven goes in the washer and the dryer with my towels. That was the moment I realized I was never going back.

At my granddaughter's recital last month, I laughed so hard I cried. And I didn't think about my bladder once.
Karen W. Verified buyerI was skeptical!I didn't have much faith that these would work but I decided I really had nothing to lose. Well, they work and I'm no longer spending a lot of money on pads!

Haven is by far the best.I've tried many brands. They don't leak, wash very well, and were not so expensive as to break the bank. I live in Arizona so it's hot. These breathe.

Better than Knix.I have been using Knix... yours are better! Very comfortable and excellent fit!

No more liners! They are so comfortable. And they work! They even have a slight tummy control, but they are comfortable.

The pad math
Pads are a bill that never ends
$200 to $400 a year, every year. A 7-pack is $69.95 once, about $9.99 a pair, and each pair lasts 100+ washes.
100 days to make up your mind
Wear them. Wash them. If Haven doesn't replace your pads inside 100 days, email us and we refund the whole order. You don't send anything back.
Questions
How much can one pair hold?
Each pair holds 10 or more tablespoons. That covers light to moderate bladder leaks: sneezes, coughs, laughing and a full day out. If your leaks are heavier, a bigger pack means a fresh pair is always ready.
Is it a pad I put in, or is it built in?
Built in. The 4-layer lining is sewn into the underwear from front to back. Nothing to stick, slot in or carry home.
Which size should I order?
Start with your usual size. Haven fits snug so the layers sit close to you, and many women tell us they size up. If you're between sizes, take the bigger one. First orders get a free size exchange.
Which colours will I get?
Each pack comes in a mix picked for you, like the photo: black, beige, grey, rose and more.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold with your normal laundry, then tumble dry. Skip fabric softener and bleach. Each pair is made for 100+ washes.
What if they don't work for me?
You have 100 days to wear and wash them. If they don't replace your pads, email us and we refund your whole order. You don't send worn underwear back.
