Haven Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

All Haven pack orders ship free within the United States. No minimum order required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping (Free): 5-8 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our shipping partner website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at supporthavenbody@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
